Karnali Expedition Mid Fall

Ultimate Descents Nepal

Friday, 23 March 2018, 11:00

Event Description

Nepal's longest and the free flowing river, the Karnali, sprouts from the base of Mt. Kailash in Tibet, the focal point of the universe for both the Buddhist and Hindu religions. Streaming south into Nepal it shapes the real wild arrangement of the western districts. The Karnali is one of the finest BIG volume waterway trips on the planet, an exemplary undertaking into Nepal's remote, uninhabited "wild west".
From our beginning stage at Sauli the stream drops into forcing ravines loaded with effective, huge volume white water. These ravines stream into barely populated ranges of unblemished wilderness abounding with diverse birds and other natural life. Rapids like "Imprisonment", "Flip and Strip" and "Divine beings House" are isolated by recently enough less demanding water to regroup and get ready for the following huge test.
Towards the finish of the trek the stream slope starts to ease as the Karnali leaves the mountains and streams out into the Gangetic fields of the Terai. The wilderness thickens as the waterway expands, and the unblemished Beaches wind up plainly greater and more lovely.
