Polish Thursday Dinners present a very special dinner starring one of best and most creative, innovative and experimental polish chefs: Aleksander Baron.
The owner and head chef of gourmet, avant garde restaurant Solec 44 , that is recommended by Slow Food International, Gault&Millau Polskais coming to Berlin straight from Warsaw to show you what polish cuisine really is.
You already know Julia Bosski anyway, She convinced Aleksander to come to Berlin and that ia already a great success.
The following menu wil be filled with few surprises.
