Registration on race day from 17:00
There will be marshals at strategic places on the course for your safety.· There will be a race sweeper at each race that will run behind the last runner.· Registration will take place before the race where you must collect your race number and sign the indemnity.· There will not be a cut off time · The race will be timed.· The route will be clearly marked. It is the responsibility of the runner to follow the course markers.

The race will be timed by LIVE TIME electronic timing, a permanent race chip will be on sale. No chip, no time. The timing chip can be used at all LIVE TIME events. The permanent timing chip will help athletes miss the que as no registration will be required after the chip has been bought.
A prize-giving ceremony will be held at 20:00
Cash prizes to the first 3 men and first 3 ladies on the 10 km run only but lots of lucky draw prizes to all participants. Podium places will be allocated according to the results from the timing chips. You therefore have to obtain a chip to share in the prize money!!!

The 10 km trail run is a combination of the 4 km run and the 6 km trail run. Runners will run the 4 km loop and follow with the 6 km loop.
